Who is the Mindful Trail Biker?
We are Jonny, Lindsay & Hugo, your guides on this communal journey of discovery, We have been riding together for around 10 years and doing our best to balance family life, jobs and find as much time as possible to ride our bikes. We embrace all kinds of riding but love off piste steep tech tracks more than anything!
